Flat Rate Shipping:
Your order will normally process and ship within 36 hours of receipt.  Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. 

Standard Shipping Within the Continental US (see Denver exception below):
Standard shipping is via FedEx ground/home delivery.  We offer standard shipping within the continental US as follows:     Orders under $25 ship for $5.  Orders over $25 ship for $8. 
                
Faster shipping is available via FedEx Express for an additional charge. 

Standard Shipping Within the Denver, Colorado Metro Area:
There is no charge for delivery in the Denver metro area.  Simply choose the "In-Store Pick Up" option and we will provide free delivery.

Standard Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii:
We ship to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS at their current posted shipping rates.  Faster shipping is available via FedEx Express for an additional charge. 

APO Boxes:
We ship to APO boxes using USPS for that same rates as above.  Please select the flat rate shipping option.  If you have problems, contact us and we will assist you with completing the order.

International Destinations:
Shipping to international destinations is via USPS.  Canada, UK and Australia can be processed directly on the site.  Please contact us to arrange for shipping to other destinations.

Returns:
We stand behind our products with a money back guarantee. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for return shipping. We only accept returns of unused products.
